We provide dog daycare, overnight boarding, grooming, dog walking, and pickup & delivery services. Each service is designed to keep your dog happy, healthy, and safe.

Getting started is easy! Sign up through our Time To Pet app, schedule a meet & greet, book the services you need, and your dog is ready to enjoy safe, loving care.

Our main facility is at 226 NE Entrada Ave, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952, with additional locations in Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, and Stuart.

Safety & Care Questions

Q: How do you ensure my dog’s safety?

Safety is our top priority. All dogs are supervised by trained staff, playgroups are organized by size and temperament, and our facility is secure and clean.

We can accommodate special diets, medical needs, or behavior considerations. Be sure to provide these details when signing up so our team can create a personalized care plan.

Yes. We require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella, to ensure a healthy environment for everyone.

Scheduling & Services Questions

Q: Can I book a one-time service, or do I need a recurring plan?

Both options are available! You can schedule single visits or set up recurring care plans to fit your schedule.

Yes! Our safe and convenient pickup & delivery service ensures your dog travels to and from our facility stress-free.

For daycare and boarding services, we provide personalized updates detailing your dog’s walks, meals, playtime, and interactions so you can see how much fun and care they received.

Grooming & Bathing Questions

Q: Is grooming included in daycare or boarding?

Grooming is an optional service for an additional cost. We offer full grooming packages as well as individual services like nail trims or ear cleaning.

We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos and conditioners to ensure a gentle, stress-free experience for your dog.

Pricing & Payment Questions

Q: How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies by service. Dog walking, bathing, grooming, and boarding all have flexible, affordable plans. Please check our Pricing page for detailed information.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and payments through the Time To Pet app for convenience and security.

Additional Questions

Q: Can I tour the facility before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage a meet & greet so your dog can explore the facility, meet our team, and feel comfortable before their first visit.

Our staff is trained in pet first aid and CPR. In case of a medical emergency, we immediately contact the pet parent and take your dog to a trusted veterinary clinic if needed.
